Any member of EGEF may attend any regular board meeting.
- The member must be in good standing (see Membership).
- The member cannot vote at a regular board meeting.
- The member may bring forward information or a concern, question, issue or comment, provided that the member notifies the board 10 days in advance of an intention to do so.
- Except for the foregoing, the member may not actively participate in the board meeting, but is considered a viewer.
Members are strongly encouraged to attend the EGEF annual general meeting, to actively participate, and to vote.
Regular board meetings
Most regular board meetings are held through Zoom. If you are a member in good standing, you will have contact information for the Board, and may use that to request access to the Zoom link. All regular meetings start at 4:00 pm and usually run 1.5 hours.
